Full-time and part-time graduate students who are members of the University of Toronto Graduate Students Union (UTGSU ) are automatically covered by the UTGSU Health & Dental Plan. Fall Session students are covered for 4 months from Sept. 1 – Dec. 31. Winter Session students are covered from Jan. 1 – Aug. 31.
You can only opt into the GSU plan in September of each year or in the first semester you register as a graduate student.
